Seller Process & What To Expect

STEP ONE - DECIDE TO SELL

Meet with your MR agent to discuss a plan of action and finalize listing paperwork.

STEP TWO - HOME PREP

Once a plan is formed, it’s time to examine your home and get it ready for marketing.

STEP THREE - HOME IS ACTIVE

As soon as marketing is ready, your MR agent will add your listing to the MLS portal.

STEP FOUR - IT'S SHOWTIME

Your MR agent will schedule and manage showings of your property and collect feedback.

STEP FIVE - NEGOTIATIONS

Once an offer is accepted, your MR agent will mediate negotiations and the due diligence begins.

STEP SIX - HOME INSPECTIONS

Your MR agent will negotiate repair work, if needed, during the due diligence period.

STEP SEVEN - CLEAR TO CLOSE

After due diligence has ended, you are clear to close and begin the move out process.

STEP EIGHT - FINAL WALK-THROUGH

There will be a final walk-through of the property the day before your closing.

STEP NINE - CLOSING

Once the walk-through is completed meet at the closing attorney's office to finalize paperwork.
