Costs & Fees Incurred


Home Warranty | $500-$700
Policy to cover mechanical and some structural issues that may occur during the listing period for the Seller and for the first year of ownership. 

Attorney Document Preparation | $275+
Fee for attorney to prepare the title. (Wire Fee of $25+)

Excise Tax Fees | $1 per $500 of sales price
Fee for Tax/Revenue stamps paid to county.

HOA Dues
Prorated share of your portion of yearly taxes.

Negotiated Buyer Closing / Repair Costs | Varies for each transaction
After inspections the Buyer will request for repairs to be performed for any and all defects discovered. Negotiated Buyer Closing Costs will only be applied if negotiated at the time of the contract.

Commission
6% of sales price is divided between listing firm and selling firm at closing to cover all marketing fees and real estate related activities performed.

Payoff of Existing Loan(s) on property
Payoff varies according to Seller outstanding loan amount. Attorney will send the payoff to your lender immediately after closing. There will be a charge to Overnight the payoff to your lender.
